Shipping Policy
Free In Store Pick Up:
- 1. Add items to your cart as normal and choose "Store Pick Up" as the shipping method during check out.
- 2. Orders placed after 4pm (cut off time) will be processed the next day.
- 3. Please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready for pick up before you come to our store.
- 4. Once your order is ready You can pick up your order anytime during our normal hours of operation.
- 5. You must bring your ID or credit card that you used so we can verify that you are the person who placed the order. You will not be able to pick up the order without identification.
Free Shipping:
All free shipping orders will be shipped USPS mail. Depending on the weight of the order they may either go USPS Priority mail or USPS Frist Class with tracking number. In some cases we may upgrade your free shipping and use FedEx Ground.
Discreet Shipping:
All orders are shipped in plain packaging. The words “Condom Kingdom”, “happysperm.com”, or our logos are NOT printed on the outside of your package. It is 100% Discreet!

Same Day Processing:
We ship fast! All orders placed by 2 PM EST will be shipped out the same day (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays). All orders are shipped from our warehouse location, Philadelphia, PA 19147. We do not use any 3rd party drop ship companies. When you place an order with us, it comes from us! We ship to residential and commercial address, APO, FPO and AEO.
Undeliverable & Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages with a confirmed delivery status from the shipper/carrier. Please call the shipper/carrier for any claim you may have.
We are not responsible and no refund will be issued if your package is lost due to an error on your part (such as an incorrect address, missing apartment number, having no one available to receive the package, etc.) If your package is returned to us we will refund you for the cost of the product(s) ONLY; shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable under this circumstance.
If your package is lost prior to delivery, please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. If the package is not delivered, we will contact the carrier to investigate. Pending the results of the investigation we will replace your package or issue you a refund.
The Small Print:
We do not ship on weekends. Our normal business days are Monday – Friday excluding holidaysOrders ship the same day if placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the next business day.
FedEx Ground, USPS Priority and USPS Express transit times may vary.
FedEx working business days are Monday thru Friday. (Excluding holidays) FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you only have a PO Box please use a USPS service.
At this time we only ship to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
